Their online presence makes it easy to get help via messaging, social media, or phone.
The scanner itself works great, but make sure to contact them to get the minimum specs required for a laptop -- it will make a difference in how the scanner performs.

After 3 years of use a significant issue came up with the scanner and they went above and beyond to get it back up and running. Damien worked me through it in literally 5 minutes and took the time to optimize my graphics card performance while he was there.
